Fitness Challenge

SLAM DUNK Fitness Challnege

Attack the hoop and dunk it home!

From April 14th - May 16th, complete various fitness activities to move closer to the hoop. 

Participate in fitness activities like:
  • Group Exercise Classes
  • Wellness Center Workouts
  • Swimming
  • Active Adult Group Activities
  • Pickleball
  • Racquetball
  • Running
  • Hiking
  • Cycling
  • Cardio
Even earn mileage by bringing a guest!

There will be a participation drawing each week and 3 overall winners at the end of the challenge. Stop by the Member Service Desk to fill our your daily participation cards.
