REQUIREMENTS:

At least one year of management experience preferred

BA of BS preferred
-
Must be a team builder, highly organized and possess excellent customer service/communication skills

Flexible and energetic

Computer proficient including Word, Excel and ability to learn other programs quickly

Must pass a criminal background check

First Aid and CPR certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary availability, 12-8pm with some weekends
- Directs the overall front desk operation, ensuring proper implementation of front desk procedures with emphasis on exceptional member and guest service
- Promotes program and membership enrollment in interactions with existing and potential members. Coordinates program registration, including logistics to support phone, walk-in, and web registration
- Ensures that member response systems are working. Fosters a climate of innovation and resolves problems to ensure member satisfaction
- Recruits, hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates member service staff
- Conducts tours and promotes memberships
- Serves at the member service desk
- Serves as manager on duty as needed

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- May be required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while demonstrating manual dexterity in order to accurately work on the telephone, computer keyboard, and other equipment
- Must possess auditory, verbal, and visual capabilities to adequately communicate via telephone, electronically, and in person

REQUIREMENTS:

At least one year of management experience preferred

Bachelor degree in related field of equivalent experience preferred
-
Must be a team player, team builder, highly organized and possess excellent customer service/communication skills

Flexible and energetic

Ability to resolve conflicts with the best possible outcome
- Obtain lifeguard certification is preferred, must acquire within 30 days of employment
- Obtain instructor certification for lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid

Computer proficient including, but not limited to, Word, Excel and Outlook

Must pass a criminal background check

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Flexible availability, could include early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Supervise day to day operations of the aquatics department
- Supervise aquatics staff
- Hire, on-board, and evaluate new aquatic staff
- Complete all aquatic maintenance in accordance with preventive maintenance and regular maintenance schedules
- Facilitate safety drills for the aquatics team and coordinate with the Operations Director for facility safety drills
- Lead in-service training
