guest policies

• Each member may bring one guest per visit. Note: Members of the same household (two adults and dependent children 23 years and younger living in the same household) count as one unit.
• Members must accompany and are responsible for their guests at the YMCA.
• Any and all guest fees paid to the Tom A. Finch Community YMCA in the last 30 days can be applied toward the joining fee (guest receipt(s) required/non-transferable).
• No guests on Sundays

Adult Guest (19 years and older)

• Must complete and sign a Program Participant form and present a photo ID upon first visit
• Must sign guest book and pay $10.00 guest fee for each visit

Teen/Youth Guest (18 years and younger)

• Teens 18 years and older must complete and sign a Program Participant form and present a photo ID upon first visit
• Teens 17 years and younger must have a parent/guardian complete and sign the Teen/Youth Guest Parent Waiver.
  • Guests 17 and younger will not be allowed in the YMCA until this waiver is completed and signed.
  • Completed and signed forms may be emailed to Brittney Branson at Brittney.Branson@MyYNow.org or Mary Brindley at Mary.Brindley@MyYNow.org. 
• Must sign guest book and pay $5.00 guest fee for each visit
• Guests under the age of 16 have access to the pool and gymnasium. Racquetball court usage is subject to age restrictions, scheduling and availability; furthermore, due to safety concerns, no guests under the age of 16 will be permitted in the wellness center.
• An adult member (19 and older) must accompany guests under the age of 11.

Household Guests (two adults and dependent children 23 years and younger living in the same household)

• Must complete and sign a Program Participant form and present a photo ID upon first visit
  
  • Photo ID of one adult in Household unit is required.
• Must sign guest book and pay $18.00 guest fee for each visit
