Facility Rental Information

The YMCA has several areas available to rent for use during your next birthday party, business meeting, family gathering, etc. Our pool, gymnasium, meeting rooms, fields and shelters are all available to rent.

Rates and Packages:

Standard Pool Party -

$120 for TAFCY Members $145 for Non-Members

2 hour party with 20 or less swimmers that includes 1 hour in the multi-purpose room and 1 hour of swimming

Large Pool Party -

$135 for TAFCY Members $160 for Non-Members

2 hour party with 21-40 swimmers that includes 1 hour in the multi-purpose room and 1 hour of swimming

Standard Splash Pad Party* -

$145 for TAFCY Members $205 for Non-Members

2 hour party with 20 or less splashers 2 hours on the splash pad

Large Splash Pad Party* -

$160 for TAFCY Members $220 for Non-Members

2 hour party with 21-40 splashers 2 hours on the splash pad

Standard Pool/Splash Pad Party* -

$205 for TAFCY Members $255 for Non-Members

2 hour party with 20 or less splashers 2 hours in the pool and on the splash pad

Large Pool/Splash Pad Party* -

$220 for TACFY Members $ 270 for Non-Members

2 hour party with 21-40 splashers 2 hours in the pool and on the splash pad

*Splash Pad is only available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL RENTALS:

$50 deposit (in addition to the rental fee) is required for rentals (deposit will be refunded to renter if facilities are clean and left the way they were found).
Renters will have 1 week after party is booked to fill out rental contract and pay in full.
Please book your rental at least two weeks in advance from your party date. The earlier you book, the best chance you will have of your date being available.
Renters will have access to tables, chairs, ice machine and refrigerator (the Y can not guarantee how much ice is in the machine or room in the refrigerator). Please mention if you need the ice machine or refrigerator when booking your rental.

Basketball Gym - 1 hour

Multi-Purpose Room (capacity of 50 people) - 1 hour
- $40 for Y Members $50 for Non-Members
Shelter, Playground and Fields (unlimited people) - 1 hour
- During Y operating hours: $35 for Y Members $45 for Non-Members
- During non-operating hours: $50 for Y Members $60 for Non-Members
Baptism in Pool - 1 hour (use of pool only)
- $75 for Y Members $85 for Non-Members
