after school care

We offer a 5 star licensed after school program at the Y Monday-Friday from school dismissal until 6:00pm.

After School Care is for children in kindergarten through 8th grade. Children are picked up at area schools and bused to the Y. Before school care is also available!

Elementary Schools served: Brier Creek, Fair Grove, Friendship, Hasty, Hopewell, Liberty Drive, Pilot, Silvery Valley Elementary, and Thomasville Primary

Middle Schools served: Brown, Ledford, and Thomasville

*We require at least 4 children to attend our program in order for us to provide transportation from the following schools: Silver Valley Elementary, Brier Creek, and Hopewell.

BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM:

Offered from 6:30 am until school starts on weekdays at the YMCA. Transportation is provided to Thomasville Middle, Thomasville Primary, Liberty Drive Elementary, Hasty Elementary, and Fair Grove Elementary.

For 2026-2027 school year additional monthly fee of $100 (Tom A. Finch YMCA Members) | $113 per child (Non-Members)

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Monthly payments, by bank draft from a checking or savings account, are preferred.
Other payment methods include credit card, check and cash.
Regardless of method, monthly fee is due in full by the 19th of each month.
Vouchers accepted.
Limited amount of financial assistance available.
