Diabetes Seminar

Crystal Swink is a nursing supervisor for the community health division of the Davidson County Health Department. Crystal has been working in the health department for 8 years and has a strong background in case management and health education.

She will be at the Y to talk about what diabetes is, how to manage it, and will have a Q&A session. Make sure to bring your questions!
