GENERAL FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Member Service Staff will be responsible for delivering exemplary service to YMCA members.
We are seeking someone to work nights.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relate to staff, members, prospective members, volunteers, and community in a manner which develops positive relationships and perceptions among all
- Interpret and communicate the mission, goals, and objectives of the YMCA to the membership and the community
- Works with the Director of Membership to enable the YMCA to maintain an inviting, efficient member service desk
- Assists with training staff on expected member service, procedural protocol, and effective member service
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of member service desk
- Assume all other duties assigned by the Director of Membership
- Treat every person who enters our facility with respect, integrity and warmth with no consideration to age, gender, race, ethnicity, or religion.
