Week 4: Rest

How is everyone doing? You completed at least 300 minutes of workouts so far! That's amazing! Now onto Week 4.

Week 4 is centered on REST. You can admit it, you're tired. Between work, kids, relationships, and more it's hard to keep giving every day 110%. For this week, let's focus on ourselves and rest.

Don't forget about your community! We have a Facebook Group designed to encourage everyone participating to meet their goals. Invite a friend, spouse, or co-worker to along for the ride. Working out is always better with a partner!

At Home Activities
  • Give yourself permission to relax. Put time off or time out at the top of your to do list.
  • Meditate – Unplug for 10 minutes minimum. Lay still, rest your mind and monitor your breathing.
  • Take a day, and DO NOTHING. Rest, relax or take a nap.  By resting, you will regroup and recharge your life for another week.
  • Unplug tech and spend time with someone in person or virtually.
  • Soak in a warm bath or hot tub.
  • Read a book
  • Bake
  • Go on a quiet bike ride
  • Work on a favorite DIY
