Week 3: Connect

Week 3! Here we go!

Week 3 is focused on CONNECT. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most of us are kept away from friends and loved ones. It is so important to reach out to them and check to see how they're doing. As restrictions are beginning to lift, we urge you to continue to social distance and wear a mask when meeting up with people. If you're looking to strengthen your spiritual life, use this week to connect with God.

We'll give you some ideas to help you connect with your loved ones.

Don't forget about your community! We have a Facebook Group designed to encourage everyone participating to meet their goals. Invite a friend, spouse, or co-worker to along for the ride. Working out is always better with a partner!

Ways to CONNECT
  • FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom with your friends and family.
  • Make it a craft night with your family! (Homemade Lava Lamp| 60 Fall Crafts)
  • Connect with yourself, God, or nature through a hike or trail walk (journal your experience!)
  • Reach out to an old high school friend/college friend/co-worker you haven't spoken to in a long time.
  • Send a care package to someone who lives far away.
