We've Got You Covered


We recognize that we are not the same as a classroom in your respective schools however we want to provide care for our parents during this time. The Y is a resource to provide a bridge between learning, enrichment and social interaction. 

We will be closed on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.


Each student will be required to have a registration form and immunization records to attend this program. Registration forms are available at the Y. Call 336-475-8380 to schedule a pick up time.

Registration Fees (Non-refundable): TAFCY Members $45.00       Non-Members: $55.00

  •  4 days a week with After School and 1 Full Day
    • TAFCY Member: $75.00
    • Non-Member: $85.00
  • 4 days a week with After School Only
    • TAFCY Member: $56.00
    • Non-Member: $68.00
  • Remote Only- 3 days a week
    • TAFCY Member: $70.00
    • Non-Member: $85.00
  • 2 days of After School and 3 Days of Remote Learning
    • TAFCY Member: $90.00
    • Non-Member: $105.00

7:00-8:30 Drop off

8:30-9:00 Rise & Shine Activity/Breakfast

9:00-9:45 Remote Learning

9:45-10:30 Enrichment Activity 

10:30-11:15 Remote Learning

11:15-11:30 Devotional Time/ Character Development

11:30-12:15 Lunch

12:15-1:15 Playtime Outside/ Centers

1:15-2:30 Enrichment Activity 

2:30-3:15 Playtime/Games

3:15-3:45 Snack Time/ Reading Time

3:45-4:30 Remote Learning

4:30-5:00 Enrichment Activity 

5:00-6:00 Playtime/ Pick-up




  • Children will need to bring supplies for remote learning (this could be packets or Chrome books. Please make sure all items are labeled and are carried in a backpack.
  • Enrichment Activities may include: physical education, arts and crafts, music, swim time,  canoes, and archery.
  • Children will need to dress comfortable for indoor and outdoor activities. This includes wearing close toed shoes.
  • Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided by the Y.
  • Children will be expected to abide by the YMCA behavior guidelines. If those are expectations are not met the parent will need to find alternate care.
  • We DO NOT provide care for children that are not actively enrolled in school.
