We are currently taking applications for After School Counselors for the 2017-2018 school year. Stop by the Y anytime between 7am-6pm Monday-Friday to complete an application. Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age and bring 3 closed letters of recommendations..
Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
Interested applicants must love working with people, be at least 16 years of age, enjoy an aquatic environment and have CPR, First Aid, AED and O2 Administration Certifications.
Hours vary throughout the day from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and pool is open 7 days a week. Schedule flexibility a plus.

Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes, as directed by the supervisor. Maintains working knowledge of wellness and trends to provide effective information and support to members. Builds effective, authentic relationships with members; helps members connect with each other and the YMCA.
