EXERCISE CAN BE FUN! We have over 50 group exercise classes each week that offer a GREAT workout while at the same time providing an opportunity for fellowship with others.
Participants must be 13 years of age to participate in our classes. 11 and 12 year olds may participate when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We do offer a kid's fitness class on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Kickin’ Cardio - A high intensity cardio class that will focus on metabolic conditioning through kickboxing, weights and a variety of other exercises.
Kettlebells - Known as a bowling ball with a handle, kettlebells burn fat, increase lean muscle, increase range of motion and flexibility, improve overall body conditioning and stamina.
Movers and Shakers - An early morning exercise smorgasbord using kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, step aerobics, resistance bands, core work and old favorites. Energize your day with this early bird class!
Cardio Flex - This high and low-impact cardio class focuses on strengthening all the major muscles. Participants will do a wide-range of exercises and use a variety of equipment. Each workout will be different.
SilverSneakers® Classic - Classes designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and improve daily living skill activities.
Zumba - A fusion of Latin and International music set to dance routines of aerobic interval training with the combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and scuplt the body. Maximize calorie expenditure, fat burning and overall body tone.
Cardio Dance - A fusion of dance and body sculpting movements that will burn calories and make your workout fun.
Silver Circuit - this class offers standing and non-impact choreography alternated with standing upper body work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing and exercise balls. A chair is used for standing support and increased effectiveness.
Wild Card Wednesday - This is a strength and conditioning class consisting of a variety of different exercises and equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, step, etc.).
Boot Camp: This is a challenging, energetic, high-intensity whole-body workout focused on building strength and endurance through a variety of different exercises such as running, jumping, burpees, pushups and many more.
Silver Stretch - Complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balanse and range of movement.
Indoor Cycling - The bike allows you to select your own resistance level while the instructor is there to challenge and encourage you. Group cycling is a great cardiovascular workout that will revitalize your personal fitness program.
Yoga (All Levels)- Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes build heat, endurance,flexibility, strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations). Our instructors weave together wisdom teachings, poetry and music that can inspire physical, energetic, mental and intuitive states of consciousness.
Senior Chair Yoga - In this introductory level class we focus on slow and easy movements to loosen the joints, increase mobility and muscle strength, improve breathing and help focus the mind to enhance cognitive function.
Deep Water Fitness - Our most intense water exercise class includes full body movements such as walking, jogging and running. Try this class for the ultimate water exercise challenge.
No Impact - This class incorporates water walking and exercises that concentrate on joint movements, range of motion, mobility, flexibility, balance and endurance, while addressing a variety of chronic diseases. Great class for beginners.
Splash - Offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required a kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
Water Fitness for Health - A high intensity class that incorporates moving, jogging and running through the water. This class focuses on cardiovascular training in both shallow and deep water. Upper and lower body strengthening exercises complete this total body workout.
