Character education has been a staple in YMCA camp curriculums as we focus on the Ys traditional core values of respect, caring, honesty, and responsibility. Each lesson will be age-appropriate and incorporate games and hands-on activities to reinforce learning objectives. Character education is one of several programs we offer during summer day camp in order to instill social responsibility and youth development in our participants.
